Shipping and Payment Policies
Postage:
1) Poslaju Rate within Malaysia.
2) Pos Malaysia for shipment to overseas.
Delivery for ready stock items:
1) Next working day after payment is received.
2) By Poslaju national courier service.

Delivery for Pre-Order or Custom Made Service
2) Feel free to contact me on time needed to complete a handmade.
3)
50% deposit is required before
commencement work and balance upon delivery of goods.
4) Goods will be delivered on next working day upon receive of full payment. 1) 设有订做服务。
2）请联络我询问有关产品制作时间。
3）预付50%订金， 余额寄货前付清。
4）收到汇款后，第二个工作日发货。
How to Buy:
1) Send me a message to
inform me your name, contact number or email address, delivery address, product
code and the quantity you wish to buy.
2) I will confirm with
you on the availability of stock and calculates the amount required to pay for
the goods and postage. I will also give you my banking information.
3) Please bank in money
to my bank account within 3 days and send a copy of bank in advice to me.
Should the money is not received within 3 days, the order will be automatically
cancelled.
4)I will ship the goods in the next working day after receive payment from you.
5) I will let you know
the courier consignment note number so that you can track and trace the parcel
here . It also serve as the reference number for
your order.
1) 请私讯我您的名字， 联络号码或电邮， 寄货地址， 要买的货品和数量。
2）我会向您确认您要的货品是否有货和计算相关的邮费。我也会给您我的银行账号。
3）确认订单后， 请在3天内汇款到我的银行账户， 3天内没收到汇款订单自动作废。
4）我会在收到汇款后的第二个工作日发货。
How to make Payment:
1) We accept direct bank in to MBB Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank or PBB Bank account which ever convenience to you.
2) For overseas buyer, we accept Paypal also, you don't need to have a Paypal account to make payment via Paypal, I will send to you a payment request via e-mail and you can pay via credit card.

2）外国客户可以用Paypal汇款。
Return and Refund:
1) Goods sold are returnable within 7 days from the day buyer received our goods (except for custom / made to order item) .
2) Upon receive of goods
returned by buyer, refund will be bank in to your bank account within 3 working
days, provided the goods returned by buyer is in Good and
Re-sellable condition. Postage to be bear by buyer.
1）我们提供7天退货服务(订做物品除外）， 从您收到货品那天算起。
2）我们收到您退回来的货物后，
检查过货物还是完好无缺， 会在3个工作天内把退款汇到您的银行账户。邮费买家付。
